It’s important to understand that ordering live game birds from Country Quail Run is not like just ordering a product from the internet…… we are carefully breeding and fulfilling orders for live animals. Because of this, there is a process for ordering and receiving game birds. Please read carefully below, to get a good understanding of how our ordering process works. 

1. Timeline: Determine when you would like to have your birds delivered. You will typically want to order 16-20 weeks (or 4-5 months) before you will want your birds delivered or picked up. Planning is important! 
2. Fill out our order form below. This order form allows us to immediately begin planning the production for your bird order and planning for the proper number of fertilized eggs we will need to put in place for your order.
3. We will call or email you with a quote for your order. With your acceptance of our pricing, we’ll then send you a contract. 
4. Contract will be sent. This contract will need to be signed by you and returned to us along with a cash, money order, or Zelle payment of 25% of your total order price. If you would like to pay via Zelle, just let us know and we will send you a payment request. 
5. Pickup or delivery arrangements. Based on your order form, as we get closer to your bird delivery date, we’ll need to set up your bird pickup or delivery date. We can get this done with a call or email.
